Master’s Thesis

For my Master’s Thesis, I conducted an in-depth study on the growing digital media presence in sports, specifically studying NBA teams’ strategy. The study built an analysis and model for best practices based on interviews with 10 social media specialists including specialists of 9 NBA teams. The title of the study is “The Role of Social Media in Sports Communication: An Analysis of NBA Teams’ Strategy.” The analysis was nominated and won the University Public Communication Award for Best Sports/Entertainment Campaign/Study.
